Shipping Policy

Effective November 1st, 2023

Requirements

$1000 order minimum for free freight
All orders under $1000 will be charged a shipping fee of $14.99
Shotshell (does not include buckshot, slugs, turkey)
- $10 flat rate per case
- If a mixed freight shipment over 300lbs, up to four cases ship for free
  - Over four cases is charged the flat rate per case charge
Items excluded from free freight:
- Clay birds, lead shot, metal targets, floor standing safes
- Actual freight charges apply

AK, HI, PR

If shipped to a freight forwarder, the above order minimum applies, and all products can be shipped
- Camfour will pay the freight to the freight forwarder
- The dealer will need to make prior arrangements with the freight forwarder
- Camfour is not responsible for damages, loss or cost to deliver from the freight forwarder to the dealer once the shipment has been accepted by the freight forwarder
If shipped via air, only firearms and non-liquid accessories apply (no hazmat, chemicals, ammo, or other liquids)
- Order minimum for free freight for air shipments $3000
  - Anything under order minimum is charged actual freight
Puerto Rico:
- Smith & Wesson product cannot be shipped
- Shipments will be sent by Priority Mail only

Surcharges

Hazmat
- $48 - orders less than 30lbs of powder and primers
- Free Freight orders 30-35lbs (or multiples of 30-35lbs) of powder/primers, will ship pre-paid if order minimum is met Damaged Shipments

Damaged Shipments

Notate all damages at time of delivery with the carrier and notify the account rep immediately (Maximum of 48 hours from delivery)
A photo of any damaged items or packaging must be provided to the Sales Representative for credit to be considered
